Q: Is DAYATECH a manufacturer or trading company?

A: Both. DAYATECH is a company focusing on R&D, production and sales of various innovative LED work lights. We have our own assembly line.

Q: What can you get from DAYATECH?

A: High quality portable work lights, rechargeable work lights, cordless/battery LED work lights,corded LED work lights, construction spot lights,auto repair work lights,dual head tripod LED work lights, jobsite lighting products and customized services.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: DAYATECH accepts flexible order quantity to meet different customers' need. And we have set most favorable quantity discount for different order sizes.

Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes.We provide samples for customers to test and confirm quality before placing bulk orders.

Q:What's the lead time of samples and order production?

A:1-7 days for sample order, about 30 days for mass production.

Q:How do you usually deliver the goods?

A:We follow customers' hipping instruction. By sea, by air, by express, etc.

Q: What is the warranty term for your products?

A: We offer 2-5 years warranty on different models. For special warranty requests, we can negotiate in the order details.

Q:Do you provide OEM/ODM/OBM service?

A: Yes, OEM, ODM and OBM are very common cooperation ways. DAYATECH is willing to support our customer in various aspects.

Q: What tests are done to your work lights and how do you do quality control?

A: Optical parameter tests like luminous flux,light distribution curve; physical and chemical tests like vibration and shock, dust andhumidity, exposure to heat and cold, thermal cycling, electromagnetic compatibility, chemical resistance and full functionality.

Firstly, we have strict incoming material inspection. And then first article inspection process shall be carried out before mass production. Secondly, we have PQC to ensure the quality compliance during production. Finally, we have final inspection before shipment. Every single lamp is subjected to full functional test and is also operated for a minimum of 10 hours. We make sure to identifyany possible early life faultsbefore delivery.
